He served in the United States Air Force and, as a Gulf War veteran, began his career in the HVAC and plumbing industry in 1992, working alongside his father to build a trusted business focused on service, equipment replacement, maintenance programs, and home energy upgrades.
With a commitment to providing 100% customer satisfaction, Randall has built a solid reputation in the community through integrity and trust. His impressive list of certifications includes State of Tennessee Mechanical, Plumbing, and Gas licenses, EPA Certification, City of Knoxville Mechanical and Gas licenses, and several others, reflecting his dedication to excellence in the industry.

Outside of work, Sierra enjoys reading, camping, and spending time on family outings with her husband, Justin, whom she met at Advanced in 2015, and their 8-year-old son, Bryce.
