Randall is the owner of Advanced Heat AC & Plumbing. He was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. After serving in the United States Air Force and as a Gulf war veteran, Randall started in the HVAC and plumbing industry going to work with his father's business in 1992. This family business has continued to grow in Knoxville and surrounding areas for over 40 years reaching thousands of satisfied customers through service, equipment replacement, maintenance programs, and home energy upgrades.

Amanda has been with Advanced for over 9 years. As Office Manager, she has been an essential pillar of our company's success, orchestrating operations with finesse and ensuring seamless coordination. Amanda's commitment to her role goes beyond the routine tasks; it's a reflection of her true passion for people and their well-being.

Clark is a seasoned HVAC technician with over 14 years of dedicated experience in the field. His expertise spans a wide spectrum, including service, sales, and installation. Before embarking on his successful HVAC career, Clark proudly served in the Marine Corps, where he developed a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and a relentless work ethic. These qualities have seamlessly transitioned into his civilian life, contributing to his reputation as a reliable and dedicated professional.

As HVAC Manager here at Advanced, Reece brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field, with an impressive career spanning over 16 years.
